The GHBA’s Annual Prism Awards

Presently residing in Houston, Texas, Eric Hymowitz oversees operations at ROC Homes, Inc. as the president and founder of the home building company. Eric Hymowitz maintains membership with multiple professional organizations, including the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA). He has entered his company as a candidate for GHBA’s annual Prism Awards.

A trade organization established in 1941, the GHBA supports all facets of Houston’s residential building industry and serves its members through a range of education and advocacy initiatives. The GHBA organizes the Prism Awards each year to recognize leaders in the home building industry.

The home building industry’s premier annual event, the Prism Awards are presented in over 100 different categories and recognize professionals involved with building projects and the development of building products. Presented by the GHBA’s Sales & Marketing Council, these recognitions are presented at an official awards show that is organized by the association.

Contestants can enter the competition online and are permitted to compete for awards in as many categories as desired if eligibility requirements are met. Companies may also enter more than one project to compete for the same award. Some awards require specific entrance criteria, such as personal interviews and on-site judging of homes.
